How to Order

E-mail US before you send any payment or paperwork through the mail. It is imperitive that you receive an accurate price quote before your order is placed. If you send in an order without having contacted US first, the order and any payment may be returned to you unprocessed.

You will need to print out the Order Form and the Measurements Form and follow all instructions for correctly filling them out. We cannot fill incomplete orders so please double check your information before sending it in.


Payment

We accept payment via money orders, traveler's checks, cashier's checks, personal checks, and credit cards through paypal.E-mail us for paypal info.Personal checks must clear both our bank and yours before any merchandise will be shipped against that form of payment. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.Firedrake Steel can assume no liability for cash orders lost in transit.

Please e-mail to verify current pricing and shipping charges.. Orders that are in stock and available for immediate delivery must include full payment plus shipping up front. Remember, an order is not considered placed until payment is recieved. %50 non-refundable down payment required. Balance due within four months. If balance is not received within four months of completion, item becomes property of Firedrake Steel.

Checking on orders

When checking on your orders, please include your full name, address, phone number, discription of product ordered, and date of order in your email for faster processing.
