NEW SECTION: READ VERY CARFULLY
We have set up a NEW section on our web page for people who would like to be placed on a “WISH LIST”. How this will work is if you are wanting me to make you a custom item please e-mail us at the following e-mail address: wishlist@waldryk.com With the following information:
Name , address, phone number ,items wanted, and all info about the project.
This is not placing an order! This is simply saying that you would like to have me make this item . I will review the list with my staff and see if and when we could do your project. If it is determined that we can do your project we will contact you fist via e-mail and then by phone to discuss all of the particulars of your request. We at this time we will settle on a price and hard completion date. An order is not considered placed until money is received. We reserve the right to extend delivery times if necessary. *Down payments are NOT refundable.*
We will likely only have time for 10-12 items per year.
Deposit. A minimum deposit of 50% of your total order, including the cost of options, is required to begin making your armour. Upon receipt of your order I will contact you and give a hard shipping date. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your date. If you miss this deadline your order will be shipped 2 weeks after receipt of the balance due.
